This role involves leading cross-functional departments, managing budgeting and financial operations, and ensuring the implementation of systems that enhance efficiency and support the firm's growth. The COO will also be a key partner to the CEO, working closely to scale the firm both strategically and operationally. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in a senior or executive operations role within the legal industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in personal injury law. The role requires a proven track record in leading operations in a high-volume legal environment, experience in managing large teams, and a deep understanding of legal operations, financial workflows, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or similar advanced degree being preferred, and must be technically familiar with legal industry software and tools.
