Job Description Area (On-Site) Property Manager – Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)Reports to: Portfolio ManagerPosition Type: Full TimeLocation: On-sitePay Range: $30.00-$35.00 per hour (DOE)The Area Manager is responsible for the full day-to-day operations of their primary 66-unit, 100% LIHTC PSH community, while also providing operational oversight and leadership to on-site teams at additional assigned properties. This role ensures financial performance, regulatory compliance, staff accountability, and property standards are met across the portfolio in alignment with ownership objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations (Primary Site)Oversee all daily operations and physical condition of the propertyOversee Maintenance Staff and other vendorsEnsure timely completion of maintenance and work ordersMaintain compliance with affordable housing regulationsEnforce community rules and company policiesOversee rent collections, delinquency, notices, and legal filesMulti-Site OversightSupervise and support Community Directors and on-site staff at assigned propertiesProvide guidance on compliance, occupancy, collections, and operationsConduct periodic site visits and auditsEnsure consistency in reporting, file compliance, and operational standardsLeasing & ComplianceMaintain occupancy goals across assigned propertiesOversee LIHTC certifications and recertificationsEnsure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, USDA-RD, HCD, HOME, Bonds, and other affordable housing programsMaintain accurate reporting and file integrityRequired Qualifications3+ years of Property Management experience3+ years of LIHTC experience (certifications and recertifications required)Experience preparing delinquency notices, lease violations, and legal filesSupervisory or multi-site leadership experience preferredExperience in Permanent Supportive Housing preferredStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in rental management software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AdobeAbility to manage multiple properties simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. xaygatp Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredBenefits401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (employee-only employer-paid plan available)Supplemental insurance optionsPaid vacation, sick, personal, and holiday time offMCM Property Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.#hc197858
