A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Bethlehem, PA. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and effectively multitask using various software systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a secure workspace Availability to work weekends and holidays post-training Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
