IT PMO Project Manager

Job Type: 4 days onsite & 1 day remote (some travel required)Duration: Contract, 6-9 months + extension (4-6 weeks for interviews and onboarding) OVERVIEWA global Casino & Hospitality Operator headquartered in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned IT PMO Project Manager to support several concurrent, high‑visibility enterprise initiatives across business operations and IT. This role will lead delivery of 3–4 parallel project workstreams, many of which are front‑of‑the‑house and property‑based, supporting both operational and technology teams across multiple locations.The ideal candidate brings a true IT PMO background, exceptional soft skills, and experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining deeply hands‑on, drive clarity across cross‑functional teams, and confidently engage senior stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives at once.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DAY-TO-DAYProject & Program ManagementLead 3–4 concurrent enterprise initiatives using waterfall methodologyOwn project timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestonesDrive execution across multiple small‑to‑mid‑sized SOWs simultaneouslyTranslate business needs into clear, executable project plansMaintain visibility and momentum across overlapping prioritiesEnterprise & Operational DeliverySupport front‑of‑the‑house and operational initiatives involving both business and IT teamsOversee execution of internal project backlogs and newly approved initiativesPartner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and property leadershipEnsure alignment across enterprise standards while supporting property‑level needsVendor Management & AccountabilityManage and hold external vendors accountable to timelines and deliverablesServe as the central point of coordination between internal teams and third‑party partnersNavigate vendor dependencies within a structured PMO environmentStakeholder CollaborationFacilitate collaboration across IT, operations, vendors, and senior leadershipCommunicate clearly and diplomatically across competing prioritiesPresent clear, concise status updates to executives and key stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with leadership, including highly visible business partners MUST HAVESProven IT PMO Project Manager experienceExperience operating within structured PMO governance modelsBackground working in large enterprise environmentsStrong waterfall delivery experienceExperience managing multiple enterprise‑level initiatives concurrentlyAbility to manage 3-4 active project workstreams across business and ITExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable in high‑pressure, high‑visibility environmentsConfident, polished presence with the ability to influence at all levelsWillingness to work onsite four days per week and travel to properties as neededWillingness to travel, including occasional travel to Boston PLUSSESGaming or hospitality industry experienceExperience supporting front‑of‑the‑house or property‑based technology initiativesExperience working across multi‑property enterprise environmentsExposure to enterprise platforms supporting operations or guest‑facing functionsExperience managing vendor‑led initiatives
