Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and proactive salesman to join our team. As a salesman, you will play a critical role in responding to fire damage incidents and helping to initiate restoration processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: Incident Response: Quickly respond to fire damage sites to assess the extent of damage and begin immediate restoration processes. Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough inspections of affected properties, document damage, and provide detailed reports for insurance purposes. Coordination: Work closely with emergency services, property owners, and restoration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient restoration process. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in potentially hazardous environments. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and keeping them informed throughout the restoration process. Equipment Operation: Utilize and maintain restoration equipment and tools as required for the job. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in fire restoration, emergency response, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
