By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.Join us as aDistrict Ops Manager NIYour Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute plans to support implementation of district NI operations and quality initiatives to achieve strategic plan objectivesResponsible for HpU and Performance Base improvementDevelop and execute a customer NI strategy to ensure positive NI and satisfaction with customersDevelop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key district NI customers and influential industry consultants through personal contact and staff assignmentsDevelop and coordinate implementation of region operation’s BDP program for NI delivery cost improvement goals on each initiativeAdminister NI activities for parts inventory, company tools, vehicles, and other fixed assets for most cost-effective resultsPlan, schedule and assign workload requirements interfacing skill levels of field, marketing, and administrative personnel to the needs of the district NI operation through PMS job elements, activities and performance reviewsDevelop and execute market plan to direct the sale of NI for orders entered objective relating to price, volume, and market share across the various district load centersDevelop and recommend administrative, field and marketing NI budgets and control expenditures within approved budget objectivesInitiate procedures and leadership practices to create a business environment for participative management; pro-active labour relations with local business agents; maintain high morale of subordinates and be strong, aggressive supporter of business unit’s management philosophy and practicesDevelop and recommend administrative, field and marketing NI budgets and control expenditures within approved budget objectivesWhat You BringPossess overall knowledge of Schindler product applicationMust have NI techniques and proceduresMust have the ability to understand financial statements and possess legal awareness to contract terms and conditionsFive to seven years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another NI oriented business.Experience managing a small to medium sized P&L for an industrial companyThe salary range for this position will likely fall between $135,400 - $169.300What’s in it for you?Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total compensation.Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.3 weeks’ vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service.Parental Leave – 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child’s birth or adoption.A wide range of development opportunities to boost your professional and leadership growth.We Elevate… Your CareerBecome part of our team, help us enhance quality of life and drive innovation while raising the bar for safety and sustainability.
