For Los Angeles, CA applicants: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.Additional SkillsSkills and Responsibilities• Assemble components, subassemblies, and electronic systems including cables, wire harnesses, chassis, PCBs, LRUs, batteries, and servo motors• Perform hand soldering, wiring, crimping, and component installation according to engineering specifications• Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, assembly instructions, schematics, and wire lists• Set up and adjust assemblies while maintaining required tolerances and quality standards• Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, soldering equipment, and compression connection tools• Perform disassembly, modification, rework, repair, and reassembly of electronic assemblies as required• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality, workmanship, and customer requirements• Support production schedules while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail• Assist with training and mentoring lower-level assemblers when needed• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company procedures• 3+ years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment• Experience with LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) assembly strongly preferred• Strong soldering, wiring, cable assembly, and electro-mechanical assembly skills• Ability to work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail• Ability to distinguish colors for wiring and component identification• Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security ClearanceAllSTEM Representative Contact InfoAccount Executive:RihanBranch Phone:(909) 244-1777Location:Ontario, CA
