Then will move to remote work.Responsibilities Guide a team of architects and project managers, providing support and professional development opportunities Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Azure services Develop account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve client success and maximize retention Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively by cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and support Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback surveys, reviews, and meetings. Provide strategic guidance and consulting to clients, leveraging industry expertise and best practices to help them achieve their business objectives Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and optimization Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on client needs, priorities, and strategiesRequirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred but not required 7-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role within a professional services environment Strong understanding of Azure services and the ability to oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strong client relationships, understand client needs, and advocate for clients internally Ability to develop account plans, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide strategic guidance to clients Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and strategiesDon’t meet every single requirement?
