Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant, located in the Midwest office in West Bloomfield, MI, is responsible for providing effective support to Midwest volunteers and staff so that the Geographic Area, Region, and Chapter goals are achieved. The AA is responsible for undertaking tasks related to fundraising, membership, programming, communications, customer service, and office operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Hadassah Midwest leadership and staffWork collaboratively with staff and volunteers to support programs, events, and projectsGenerate registration reports from Microsoft Excel, record fees and/or donations for programsPrepare correspondence, mailings, nametags, signage for eventsUpdate Region directoriesMaintain and update donor data baseAssist with scheduling meetings and calls as neededSchedule Zoom meetings and provide technical support as neededService and troubleshoot problems and issues that arise with members/volunteersAnswer phones and be first point of contact for most Membership and Fundraising inquiriesOrganize, manage, and purchase inventory suppliesMaintains office services: printer, postage meter, water coolerStaff events as neededOther duties as requiredRequired Knowledge, Education, ExperienceBA or 2-3 years equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteCRM/Salesforce Experience a plusRequired SkillsHigh literacy with ZoomExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented, organized, and proactiveExcellent data management skillsExperience with managing programming aspects of meetings and events
