Flawless operations are what transform those opportunities into reality.About the RoleAs we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Client Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations that keep our strategic partner programs running smoothly. You’ll serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for our channel partnerships and strategic accounts — translating complexity into clarity so our partners and their members have a seamless experience from launch through renewal.You WillOwn end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation tracking — drive timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure successful and timely go-lives across partnersServe as the primary operational point of contact for strategic and channel partners — owning onboarding requirements, technical integrations, eligibility file maintenance, and invoicingDrive key strategic initiatives, including optimizing the current operational stack, enabling partners to offer new Noom productsStand up and maintain eligibility operations — define file cadences, lead UAT cycles, monitor post-launch files, and manage ongoing updatesAct as the connective tissue between partners, Engineering, and internal Operations — translating partner needs into actionable technical requirementsCoordinate issue resolution across partners and internal teams — establishing SOPs and escalation protocols for eligibility, data, and billing issuesServe as the claims billing operations liaison — supporting RCM system setup and tracking/reporting on denials and CPT code trendsOwn partner reporting infrastructure — maintaining dashboards, leading QBR preparation, and setting/tracking SLAsCreate and maintain partner documentation, playbooks, and implementation resources to ensure consistency and scalabilityAbout YouIf you’re interested in shaping the future of health by building the operational infrastructure that powers Noom’s most strategic partnerships, this role may be for you!You Have4+ years of experience in client operations, implementation, or revenue operations in healthcare or health techStrong client-facing experience, with confidence working directly with external partners and health plan stakeholdersHands-on experience with API workflows, eligibility file operations, and data integrationsFamiliarity with claims billing concepts (e.g., CPT codes, denials management, RCM) is a strong plusProven project management experience, including leading UAT cycles, maintaining RAID logs, and managing multiple go-live timelinesExceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesExperience with tools such as Salesforce, SFTP platforms, Asana or Jira, and data/reporting tools (Excel, Looker, or similar)A documentation-first mindset and enthusiasm for building scalable processes and structureWhat Makes This Job AmazingOwn a high-visibility, high-impact function at the heart of Noom Health’s B2B businessServe as the primary external face for major channel partners while shaping internal systems that enable scaleWork at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and client experience on complex, meaningful challengesJoin a fast-moving team expanding capabilities across claims billing and new product offeringsCompensation PackageThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,320-$103,680.This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.Other elements of Noom’s Compensation PackageNoom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
