Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Plainfield, IL. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting cabinetry, appliances, and flooring that fit their specific needs and budgets. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on products and designs, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Additional duties include preparing detailed sales quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with the installation team to ensure smooth project completion. Qualifications Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional supportKnowledge of cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and kitchen/bath designsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team membersProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic experience with CRM or sales software is a plusPrior experience in sales, retail, or interior design is preferredPassion for design and a customer-centric approach to sales
