Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Relationship Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries. The Relationship Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, provide support for project implementation, manage ongoing account updates, and create regular performance reports for stakeholders. Additionally, the individual will identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to client retention strategies. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in account management and experience in customer service roles.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Data reporting and analysis skills with experience using analytics or CRM tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and adaptability to web-based software.Understanding of sustainability principles and passion for environmental initiatives is a plus.Proven ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively across teams.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Science, or relevant field.
