Senior Marketing Finance Analyst
To support the growth of Airbnb's marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Principal, Marketing Strategic Finance & Analytics will manage budget tracking, establish KPI frameworks, and conduct analytical deep dives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Support strategy discussions on spend allocation and pacing between Finance and Marketing leadership
Partner with Financial Operations to track Marketing media and production budgets to inform strategic allocations
Develop ROI calculation methodologies and lead holistic campaign reviews, accounting for qualitative and quantitative impacts
Required qualifications
15+ years of relevant business and analytics experience, ideally with a mix of financial planning, management consulting, and analytics
Technical experience in financial analysis and modeling, with SQL experience preferred
Proven ability to work and influence cross-functionally across internal and external partners
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
Advanced presentation skills using tools such as Google Docs, Keynote, and Excel
