Drive initiatives aligning benefits with organizational values and priorities.Job DescriptionOverviewLead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive employee benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.Collaborate with executive leadership to design innovative, cost-effective benefits plans enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and program evaluations to optimize service delivery and cost management.Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for benefits operations, addressing employee inquiries and ensuring seamless program administration.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to employee benefits.Act as a key advisor to leadership on benefits strategy, policy development, and integration with Total Rewards initiatives.Drive innovation in benefits offerings to support organizational objectives and enhance employee engagement.Contribute to a culture of excellence by aligning benefits programs with organizational values and priorities.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and leave policies.Lead vendor negotiations, contract renewals, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal program outcomes.Oversee annual benefits renewals, ensuring competitive and compliant plan designs that meet organizational needs.Manage day-to-day operations of benefits programs, providing expert support to employees and managers.Ensure adherence to legal standards and reporting requirements for all benefits-related activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benefits programs with organizational goals and employee expectations.Mentor and lead a team of benefits professionals, fostering growth and development within the department.Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative benefits solutions.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits administration, with 15 years preferred.Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, 401(k) administration, and health and welfare plan management.Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow systems for efficient benefits management.Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and adapt to organizational changes.Demonstrated ability to manage benefits renewals and ensure compliance with legal standards.Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve professional growth and departmental success.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to benefits program design and administration.
