Ability to collaborate with computer engineers, production engineers and OT and IT professionals to develop strategies for effective OT security Experience in a wide range of information security technologies, embedded security, and infrastructure platforms, such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services, and various Linux Distributions, and network Platforms, such as Cisco or Phoenix Contact. Experience in deployment of security controls in endpoints, industrial networks, including network zoning, segmentation and isolation designs and implementation Perform Security Architecture and Low-Level Security Design review involving: Data Protection, End-point security, Authentication and Authorizations and Network Security Work with infrastructure and development teams to integrate, implement, and maintain security tools in IT/OT environments across the plants Experience in deployment and support of Industrial network security monitoring solution such as Azure Iot Defender , Claroty etc. Development of solutions for packet data collection for security monitoring solutions platforms Industrial Networks Exposure to industrial network ports & protocols (such as Industrial Ethernet ,Profinet, DNP3, Modbus, Profibus, LonWorks, DALI, BACnet, KNX, EnOcean, etc.) Competence in WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, UDP, VPN, B2B, Firewall technologies Experience in Industrial IT & Network Infrastructure technologies. Industrial Network implementation using Industrial managed/unmanaged Switches/routers , Industrial Firewalls ,VLAN, remote access etc. Ability to identify, deploy, and manage complex industrial networking systems using industry standards ISA/IEC62443 , NIST etc. Planning, Installation and construction, commissioning of industrial networks. Experience Active Network Analysis / Deep Packet Inspection LAN/WLAN specifically in industrial environment (example PROFINET Analysis , WiFi Radio field analysis) Good knowledge and understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI programming Operations Technologies Industry 4.0 project blueprint, Business case (proposals, gap Analysis, Feasibility study), Pre-project analysis & project planning and proposed to customer. Factory network architecture diagram including IT infra hardware, Edge device, PLC, IIOT Sensors, Embedded devices, computer vision, MES, IOT platform. Knowledge on Industrial Robotic automation solution for various industrial use case & live data streaming by Edge gateway or WIFI enables PLC. Understanding of Smart warehousing system to control and manage material flow and material replenishment by Pick to light system. Worked on various communication protocol of MQTT, OPC/UA, Profinet, Modbus, TCP IP. Working with vendors for developing latest technology of Industry 4.0 and vendor agreement with Request for proposal and request for quotation. Prepare various industrial use case of automation, digital manufacturing, smart factory to Support for Pre-sales activity. PLC Programming, Hardware Configuration, IO Assignment, PLC Tag Database Creation, Communication Establishment With SCADA . SCADA Software Installation, Dual Sink Configuration of Servers ,SCADA Screen Design, SCADA Tag Database Creation, Alarms and Events Database Creation, Alarm History Database Creation & Trend Configuration. SCADA Rack/Computer Installation, SCADA/PLC Network Establishment, Field I/O Test, Logic Sequencing Testing & Maintenance Manual Handover. Integration knowledge of SCADA / Automation into ASSET MANAGEMENT IT Expertise Understanding of Infrastructure Management Services for IT Networks, End User Devices, Server/Storage, etc along with Service Management processes. 14-16 Years overall experience in working various positions in OT environment, OT Networks & security, advantageous if with IT/OT digital transformation projects.
