* Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Servers shall be committed to transparent communication to Guests, Team Members and the Leadership Team. Must be a team player with high energy, and a positive attitude, who’s ready to Rock and Roll on Friday and Saturday Nights as we host Tribute and Dance Bands. Our number one rule is, this has to be fun. *Duties - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area *Qualifications - Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred - Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude - Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculation - Previous experience in the food service industry is beneficial - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests effectively.
