ISC Production Technician - ISC - Level 1 (3rd shift)
As a ISC Technician Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing tasks and operations pertaining to our Heat Exchanger manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality production standards. Working with the Department Leads and Supervisor(s) to effectively complete jobs and tasks per our standard methods adhering to all safety requirements.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all processes meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. You will be required to work on a team, communicate effectively, and be able to follow basic and more complex instructions.This position requires training on 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) for an initial training period. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct manufacturing processes according to established procedures and standardsEnsure all processes meet quality standards and specificationsComply with all safety standards, regulations, and guidelinesCollaborate with other departments to coordinate manufacturing processesMaintain manufacturing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followedYOU MUST HAVE1plus years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work at heights, in confined space, and lift up to 30lbsWE VALUEHigh School Diploma or equivalentUnderstanding of quality standardsKnowledge of safety protocols and best practices in manufacturingStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentAbout HoneywellHoneywell International Inc.
