Learning Project Manager
Title - Learning Project Manager
Duration: 6 months (approx.)
Required Weekly Availability: 40 hours/week
Role Overview:
The Learning Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering
project objectives for the Client's engagement while ensuring timelines, quality
standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
2. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for Client's stakeholders
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates
Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals
3. Team Coordination
Coordinate with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and other contributors
Assign tasks and monitor progress
Ensure effective communication across distributed teams
4. Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track and resolve issues proactively
Escalate critical concerns when required
