SUMMARY: An individual must be able to attend classes 8 hours a day, five days a week, for 2 weeks. Must learn new games and be able to work flexible hours. Must have good math skills, dexterity, and ability to learn. Must have excellent guest service skills.Classes will be held in a convenient New Buffalo location beginning May 11th, 2026Games taught: Blackjack, Three Card Prime, and Louisiana StudOne convenient class times will be offered daily: 9am-5pmClass attendance required: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday through FridayClasses held for 2 weeks: May 11, 2026 through May 22, 2026Ability to pass an audition is no guarantee of an offer for a dealing positionClasses are FREE to qualified applicants (Similar Classes in this area cost upwards of $850.00)QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this training successfully you will agree to follow Four Winds Casino Resort training policies and guidelines as well as the Company's code of conduct. While participating in training within Four Winds Casino Resort, you will also agree to the following:Must be at least 18 years old to be employed by Four Winds Casino Resort Basic math assessment required prior to admittanceMust be able to obtain and maintain a level 2 Casino Gaming LicenseThree (3) or more day's unexcused absence will be cause for trainee dismissal. If unable to attend class, you are responsible to notify Four Winds Casino Resort. Tardiness will not be accepted, 10 minutes or later is cause for exclusion from class that day. Further, the tardy day will be assessed as an unexcused absence. Four (4) unexcused tardies will be cause for permanent exclusion from training.
