Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Python Developerto join a growing team delivering innovative technology solutions within theinsurance industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys building scalable applications, working across the full development lifecycle, and collaborating in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern web applications while contributing to cloud-based solutions and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python Build and enhance user-facing applications using frameworks such asFlaskorStreamlit Collaborate with cross-functional teams in anAgiledevelopment environment Manage source code, branching strategies, and deployments using Git/GitHub Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actionswhere applicable Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, primarilyAWS Work with containerization technologies such asDockerand orchestration platforms like Kubernetes/EKS Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications running onLinuxenvironments

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience inPython development Strong experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD processes Solid understanding ofLinuxandBash scripting Experience working within Agile/Scrumdevelopment teams Full-stack development experience with modern application architectures Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience working in the Insurancedomain

Preferred Qualifications: Experience building customer-facing applications using FlaskorStreamlit Hands-on experience with Docker Experience withAWS services, includingEC2 Experience deploying and managing applications onKubernetesorAmazon EKS Exposure toData Science, Analytics, or AI-driven projects Experience working with Insurance Technology (InsurTech) platforms and solutions
