Job Summary Join our friendly, hard-working team as a Breakfast Server, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! In this lively role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Required Shifts: Weekdays 6:30am - 1:30pm; weekends 6:30am - 2:30pm; holidays as needed. We are closed on Monday. Responsibilities Seat and greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Square POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently, including special hot chocolate and coffee beverages Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card and gift card processing Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Assist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to elevate the guest experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; breakfast dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Square Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices required; food handling experience preferred Prior experience in serving, bussing, cashiering or host/hostess roles is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
