Implementation Specialist

*** We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist in College Station, TX ***This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, systems, customer onboarding, and cross-functional teams.In this role, the Implementation Specialist will help support new customer onboardings and account changes while partnering closely with internal teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Account Management. This person will play an important role in creating a smooth, accurate, and positive transition for customers.Location: College Station, TXWork Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week in officeCompensation: $50,000–$56,000 base salaryKey areas of responsibility include:• Creating and managing customer accounts in Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central• Supporting customer and supplier pricing profiles• Managing item setup and maintenance• Handling data uploads and ensuring data accuracy• Supporting large customer onboardings• Pairing new customer locations with preferred supplier partners• Coordinating supplier changes, expedited deliveries, and account transitions• Communicating updates between customers, suppliers, and internal teams• Helping resolve account, invoicing, and support-related issues• Maintaining accurate documentation and follow-upThe most qualified candidates will bring experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, data uploads, pricing management, item maintenance, Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate Excel skills. A background in inside sales, data entry, customer care, beverage, medical, or industrial environments is also a plus.We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
