Individualized 1:1 play-based ABA therapy aligning with the client's individualized treatment plan Direct supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a student Trainer with small caseloads Function as an active participant in the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and family Teaching life skills (dressing, bathing, cooking, etc), appropriate social and play skills with peers, expanding food choices and preferences, communication, and target behavior reduction Leading group social activities to meet goals of multiple clients Maintenance of client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA laws Data collection and billing electronically Participation during Speech and Occupational therapies Basic Physical Requirements Walking Sitting Standing for long periods of time Kneeling Balancing Crawling Running (for both fun and safety of clients) Lifting or carrying 50 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.75 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Have you applied to another RBT position at a different location within our company?
