The General Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, and ensuring efficient business operations. The role requires the ability to enhance customer satisfaction, promote organizational culture and vision, coordinate with various departments, and oversee technicians to ensure quality work. Also you may be required to step in as a technician on occasion.QualificationsLeadership and People Management skills: Proven ability to lead teams, motivate employees, and manage conflicts effectively.A growth mindset and willingness to learn and better understand the industry.Operational Management: Managing resources to ensure operational efficiency.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with negotiation and relationship-building skills.Customer Relations and Business Growth: Experience enhancing customer satisfaction, cultivating client relationships, and driving growth and profitability.Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to identify challenges, analyze solutions, and adapt quickly to changing environments.Prior experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role is highly advantageous but not required.This is a full-time yearly salaried position based in Rochester, MN.
