No freight/logistics training needed!Coordinate and maintain all transport; provide excellent customer service, and handle continuous interaction between agents, staff and corporate office members providing daily shipping updates.Related specific responsibilities will include:Provide customer service via email and phoneAnswer all customers' questions and provide relevant informationTrack and trace shipments for customers/clientsMaintain inventory levels for multiple clientsCreate weekly logistics reportsPerform additional dutiesQualifications:Minimum 1 year of customer service experienceMinimum 1 year of Excel experienceLogistic and freight experience is a PLUSClerical experience is a PLUSMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionDetail orientedExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
