Data Warehouse Developer/Informatica Developer Location: McLean, VA Duration: 6 months Remote/Hybrid Seeking for a skilled Data Warehouse Developer/Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions that support business analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, SQL optimization, and modern cloud-based data platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain enterprise data warehouse architectures and data marts Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems Create and maintain dimensional and relational data models (star/snowflake schemas) Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through validation and monitoring Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements Support reporting, dashboarding, and analytics needs across the organization Implement performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies Manage data security, access controls, and compliance requirements Document data models, pipelines, and warehouse architecture Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer or in a similar data-focused role Advanced proficiency in SQL Strong development experience with Informatica IDMC CDI and CAI is required Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling Experience working with large-scale datasets and performance optimization Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Experience supporting machine learning or advanced analytics workloads Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and lineage
