Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel, a full-time position, is responsible for providing legal advice to the Founders and Senior Leadership Team, managing customer contracting and compliance in regulated sectors, and evolving public-facing policies while ensuring alignment with international requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as primary legal advisor to the Founders and Senior Leadership Team on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters Own and continuously evolve key legal documents such as Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions Lead customer negotiations and manage vendor contracting cycles, focusing on data protection and complianceRequired QualificationsQualified lawyer with strong commercial experience, preferably in-house at a fast-growing international SaaS business Experience in an ISO certified environment with practical exposure to SOC 2 implementation Proven track record in customer contracting with regulated sectors such as Government and Financial Services Strong understanding of privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA Experience supporting international operations and entity launches, particularly in the US
