Location: Tahlequah, OklahomaAssignment Dates:01/26 25/2026Schedule & Volume:Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PMUp to 35 patients per dayNo weekend callOccasional weekend inpatient rounds if requiredPractice Details:Outpatient clinic with inpatient responsibilitiesFull scope of foot & ankle pathologyInpatient and outpatient surgeryInpatient consults and managementStrong nursing and clinic staff supportResponsibilities:Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditionsPerform surgical and non-surgical proceduresPrescribe orthotics and therapeutic treatmentsRequirements:Active Oklahoma license (required)Board Certified (BC / ACGME / AOA residency)Minimum 2 years of recent experienceBLS & ACLS (AHA not required)Any valid state DEAOklahoma CDSClean malpractice and credentialing historyRequired Documents:Resume, OK License, Board Certification, SOU, HCP Questionnaire, BLS, ACLS, OIG, SAM
