We create richly layered environments for home and hospitality that are informed by a narrative approach. Current projects include restaurant, boutique hotel, and high-end residential renovation and new construction.SENIOR-LEVEL INTERIOR DESIGNERWe’re looking for a lead Interior Designer to join our team and to shepherd high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, experienced, driven designer who enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team, takes pride in their work, and has a great time doing it.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-end residential + hospitality projects from concept through final installation, taking ownership of design and execution.Develop interesting, layered, considered design concepts that can be clearly communicated and executed.Produce sketches, 3D models, renderings, client-facing presentations, detailed construction documents, and clear procurement documentation and manage each of these from draft through execution.Source materials, finishes, furnishings, and hardware and guide selections from specification to successful installation.Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring each project runs smoothly and with clear and timely communication.Conduct site visits, handle day-to-day problem-solving, and make sure every detail is well-executed.Qualifications5+ years of experience in an interior design environment, with a focus on high-end residential and / or hospitalityProven ability to own a project from start to finishProficient in AutoCAD / Revit, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar), InDesign, and Photoshop and proven skills in creating construction documentsA solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, codes, and standardsAbility to manage 2-3 projects simultaneouslyTop-notch communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a proactive, high-vibe, go-getter mindsetBased in Austin or open to relocation (relocation support available for the right candidate)OUR OFFERINGCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageA creative, flexible, and collaborative work environmentThe ability to work on diverse and interesting projects where your ideas are not only heard but actually executedWork-life balance in the best city in the worldTO APPLYIf this sounds like it could be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
