A physiatry-focused healthcare team in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate, driven Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP or FNP) to deliver rehabilitation-focused care in skilled nursing facilities — working closely with physical therapy teams to optimize patient function, manage pain, and improve quality of life. This is a Monday–Friday, no weekends, no on-call, no after-hours charting role designed from the ground up around provider wellbeing and clinical satisfaction.You'll work under the supervision of a Physiatrist with full in-person onsite training provided, a collaborative multidisciplinary team supporting you daily, and low administrative burden so your energy stays where it belongs — with your patients.
