Director, US e-Fulfillment
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy to drive growth, increase profitability, and ensure improve inventory management and fulfillment operations of the company plans are successful executed. Culture: Leads the “Our Way” culture process and ensures a work environment of teamwork within the operation while developing employees to achieve their goals and objectives. Develop and lead management staff by active coaching and training while cultivating a collaborative team culture, creative problem solving, and results driven operation. Safety Standards : Champion a culture of safety within the eCommerce operation by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. (OSHA, Environmental, etc). Partner with the Safety and Operations teams to identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to protect team members, vendors and our customer. Operational Excellence : Oversee the day-to-day eCommerce operation leadership team, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics performance. Work with various internal groups to establish new processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of the inventory management and fulfillment functions. Responsible for ensuring management team meets/exceeds performance and drives continuous improvement in functional areas of responsibility. Customer Experience : Ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Translate the Customer contract into a working document that defines procedures and ensues compliance with the contract(s). Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage analytics and data insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize performance, and enhance eCommerce KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance teams to align eCommerce initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring synergy and effective resource allocation. Budget and P&L Management : Own and manage the eCommerce budget, monitoring ROI, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring cost-efficient solutions to meet financial targets. P&L Accountability. Participates in development of capital spending budgets for operations facilities and equipment, and ensure projects are completed in accordance with the budget. Reporting: Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations on activities, cost, and results.
