Following a landmark funding round and public listing, we’re scaling globally at pace.This is high-stakes, high-impact work that directly supports the defense capabilities of democratic nations.We’re looking for an HR Specialist to own People Operations in the US.You’ll be the go-to HR partner on the ground — running day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and ensuring everything is compliant, structured, and human-centered.This is a hands-on role with real ownership, perfect for someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and being a trusted point of contact.What You’ll Do:Implement and manage the full HR lifecycle, including:Manage employee records and ensure US complianceOwn onboarding and offboarding processesAdminister benefits and insuranceAct as the first point of contact for HR queriesPartner with global HR to align practicesImprove processes and maintain HR systemsYou Should Have:5+ years in HR/People Ops in the USPrevious aerospace & defense industry experience (preferred)Strong knowledge of US employment lawExperience with benefits administrationOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactiveConfident working directly with employeesHRIS experience (HiBob a plus)Why Join:Full ownership as the US HR leadDirect exposure to leadership and global teamsChance to build US HR from the ground upCompetitive salary + benefits
