Responsibilities: Assist bartenders by restocking the bar with liquor, mixers, ice, and other necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure an adequate supply throughout the shift. Support the bartenders during peak hours by taking on additional tasks such as handling simple drink orders or running the dishwasher. Monitor inventory levels and inform the manager when supplies are low or need replenishment. Help in setting up the bar before opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the bar area. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area. Facilitate communication between the bar and kitchen staff when necessary. Skills: Strong organizational skills to efficiently stock and maintain the bar area. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support bartenders and other staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of bar equipment, glassware, and common cocktail ingredients. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy supplies and equipment. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
