Technical Services Engineer

Innovative Driven, a well-established ALSP, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Services Engineer to work remotely Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm EST.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage numerous complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirementsTakes appropriate action to meet client needs and address concerns without jeopardizing business outcomes or results.Utilizes approved methods to monitor and evaluate Project Management feedbackCreating thorough and accurate reports and providing status updates on projects; provide final quality control check on client deliverables; presenting findings to client on a routine basisTroubleshooting and resolving varied problemsQualifications and Education RequirementsU.S Citizen (Required)Relativity: 5 years (Required)Significant and extensive work experience as a Relativity Technician.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be comfortable with public speaking and developing relationships across all levels of the enterpriseEffective delegation abilitiesOutstanding time management skills – should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExtensive Relativity knowledge of users, groups, permissions, fields, layouts, views, custom objects, event handlers, imaging, and OCR, indexing and searching, production sets, importing and exporting, ARM creation and restoration.Superior Excel skillsExceptional in the customization of load files to adhere to client specificationsRelativity Expert or Master certification a plusExperience in Relativity, ReadySuite, Message Crawler, and/or Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF) handling a plusBS/BA degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills4-6 years’ experience with Relativity or equivalent experience in eDiscovery; RCA is a plusExperience with data management toolsComprehension of relational database conceptsExperience querying databases and working with large volumes of dataMicrosoft Excel or other reporting toolsAble to write simple SQL queriesAble to write simple Powershell scriptsAbility to analyze and document complex business processesDisplays extreme passion for data and problem solving - is driven to ask the right questions and surface up business insightsExcellent communicator, both written and verbalWorks efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines while balancing multiple projects and multiple stakeholdersExcels at cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharingAs an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and collaboration, understanding that our differences drive success.
