COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) $400,000 Guarantee $750,000 + Earning Potential $60.00/wRVU Production $25,000 Sign-on-Bonus $15,000 Relocation Paid $3,000 CME Annually RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) Huge need; Guaranteed to be busy and successful Caring, dedicated and supportive administration 4 day work-week; great work-life balance Very busy practice setting; you can expect 40 plus deliveries/month & 10 surgeries per week Da Vinci robot, 9 Modern OR's and clinic space Nurse Mid-wives and FNP Support Call: 5 to 7 days/month (1:4 and working toward 1:6 rotation) Dedicated Staff and well supported QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) Board Eligible or Certified is required within 5 years of training General OB/GYN; sub-specialties not required, but welcomed Da Vinci Robot available; not required Quality and Patient Care Focused Enjoy busy practice and work well in Teams COMMUNITY Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) Southern California; 2 hours San Diego/1.5 hours Palm Springs Both Public and Private schools available Live where you want; just have to be available on work/call days.
