Efficiency, time management, organizational skills, and consistency are the most important necessities for this role. Effective communication with other Back of House employees from dishwashers to the Executive Chef will also be essential. Qualifications Have 1-2 years of Barback and/or Kitchen experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment Are organized and proficient at multitasking Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends Since 2011, Catch Hospitality Group has grown from a standalone NYC flagship into one of the most renowned restaurant groups, best known for Catch and Catch Steak.
