Analyst, Financial Systems

Financial Systems AnalystThe Financial Systems team is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Analyst to support a broad range of initiatives across the firm's Finance & Accounting department. This role is integral to the systems team, assisting in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of data and processes across various financial systems, applications, and HR integrations. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Employee Data Management Support in the review, validation, and updating of employee data for hires, rehires, promotions, and changes, maintaining compliance with firm rules and guidelines. Assist in managing and validating critical data points to ensuring accuracy for billing rates, timekeeper classifications, and reporting. Support maintenance and updates of employee status logs and revalue time entries as needed. Support in assigning, removing, and updating permissions for new hires and existing employees in Aderant, including security groups, workflow groups, and proxy permissions. Assist in generating daily integration reports, reviewing and validating changes while making necessary adjustments. Workflow Support/Administration Provide support to end-to-end users, responding to inquiries and issues related to the file opening process and workflows. Assist in conducting thorough reviews of existing workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and support project delivery. Support team to develop, update, and maintain workflow documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flowcharts, and instructional materials Assist in version control maintenance and update tracking for various Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Qualifications/Position Requirements Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across multiple departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Familiarity with financial systems and data validation processes is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Workday is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Aderant is a plus, but not required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration or related field preferred Minimum two years of relevant experience preferred Compensation The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
