Sr. Program Manager, Dynamics 365

**This is a rolling contract FULLY REMOTE role, must be located in United States, 40-hours per week, standard business hours. The technical implementation is in good shape. What's missing is the project leadership to bring it home: tighter planning, clearer governance, and someone who can turn a program that's lost momentum into one that's back on track.You'll report directly to the VP of IT PMO (a relationship our team has built over 5+ years) and partner closely with Finance and Business leadership on a Finance-led, IT-sourced initiative. If you thrive on ownership, know how to bring order to a program in motion, and want a seat at the table shaping what comes next - then this role is built for you.Why This RoleDirect line to VP-level leadership and real influence over program directionHigh-impact mandate: stabilize the current D365 go-live, then lead a second ERP integration and multi-entity onboarding tied to recent acquisitionsTrue consultant autonomy: you're brought in to lead, not to wait for directionLong-standing, trusted client relationship with a track record of bringing consultants on for the long haulWhat You'll OwnRebuild the Dynamics 365 project plan including workstreams, sequencing, and milestones from current state forwardManage the implementation partner and technical delivery teams, holding them to milestones and data readiness standardsStand up project governance: status reporting, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and structured planning artifactsPartner with Finance and Business Systems leadership to drive the current integration phase to a stable go-livePlan and lead the next phase: a second ERP integration and onboarding of newly acquired entities into D365, including AR/AP data load-inSurface risks and blockers early, keeping Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders ahead of issues rather than reacting to themWhat You BringSenior-level project management experience leading complex system integrationsHands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience (required)ERP integration experience, ideally spanning multiple platformsExperience supporting M&A activity including systems integration, entity onboarding, or similar post-acquisition workStrong finance/accounting domain knowledge or direct experience on financial systems programsExperience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) integration projectsA track record of stepping into an at-risk, in-flight project and getting it back on scheduleComfort operating in a Finance-led, IT-supported governance model, with strong executive-level communication skillsMMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
