This role supports a welcoming, clean, and engaging environment that reflects brand standards and enhances the guest experience.Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers and follow all cash-handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Follow safety, security, and sanitation policies. Support team members and maintain a positive work environment. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.Job Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Prior cash handling experience preferred, but not required.Job Environment Fast-paced food and beverage environment. Prolonged standing and walking. Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive motions.
