Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Job Description: We are searching for a Customer Service Representative in our Turnersville, NJ office. This person will assist our Sales Account Manager for the Northeast region. Duties to include: Receives, enters and processes customer quotations and purchase orders. Generates customer backlog reports and communicates updates to customer base as needed. Tracks quote activity and follows up with customers accordingly for status. Interacts with customers to answer any questions they may have relating to the products and services offered. Investigates customer complaints and engages with internal team members for resolution. Daily communication with the assigned account manager to keep them informed on daily activities and any significant issues. Other duties as assigned by management.
