Community Workforce Manager
New Hope is hiring a Community Workforce Manager to supervise the Relief Support Professional (DSP) workforce.

Job duties include managing relief staff, including providing feedback, ensuring training is done and ensuring satisfaction, scheduling replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage, approving, tracking, and reporting various time and payroll metrics, processing staff call-offs and assisting managers with coverage solutions. This role will also participate in the on-call rotation.
Applicants must have an associate degree in human resources, human services, business or related field, or equivalent years of service; two years of prior experience in a human services, human resources, business, or related field. One- or two-years supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, have strong computer skills and be able to learn and be proficient in scheduling software, and be flexible.
