POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and establishing first visit sessions for your generated leads and managing the sales team. Our sales process occurs both in studio and in the community. Our sales team is a vital component to scheduling 1-2 ‘pop-up’ events a week which allows us to provide our on-site stretching pop-up which is run by our Sales Team. The Sales Manager also assists with retaining current members and operating our social media accounts for the studio. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 2+ year minimum of Sales Experience, >5 preferred
● Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
● Excellent sales, communication (both via phone and email), and customer service skills required
● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
o Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
o Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking pop-up events
o Implement sales process to schedule prospects into First Visits
● Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch and retail
● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment with self-motivation and excellent critical thinking skills
● Must have proficient computer skills
o Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system with emphasis on running sales reports
● Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
● Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
● Manage the sales team within the studio to meet goals, support client experience, scheduling, training, etc
● Book and confirm First Visits which includes a “needs analysis”
● Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
● Establish special events to promote the club 1-2 events per week
o Health fairs, studio celebrations, marathons, community and hospital events, and other pop-up opportunities
● Maintain personal sales production metrics
o Leads- 200/month
o First Visits- 100/month
o New Members- 20/month
● Maintain lead management to support meeting your monthly goals including
o Book quality appointments
o Follow-up with leads and missed First Visits
▪ Via Phone, text, and email
● Managerial Role
o Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
o Employee Schedules
o Weekly Meetings with individual employees
o Supervise Sales Representatives
o Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
o Managing member experience and memberships
▪ This includes issues with member contracts, refunds, past due accounts, etc
● Social Media
o Create content for the posts that promotes the studio, member experience, assisted stretching, Flexologists, job openings, etc.
o Content should be posted daily- with multiple times per week being a larger, more informative, produced post.
▪ This is done with organic in-studio material as well as corporate material vis Digital Stack
o You will be responsible for responding to comments and questions from all platforms in a timely manner and should be checked several times a day.
● Ensure studio is clean and tidy and properly stocked

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
