Regional Solution Sales Director

Computacenter is looking for a commercially driven, technically credible leader to help accelerate solution sales and services growth across the West Region. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a proven services, pre-sales, solution sales, or partner-facing leader who knows how to bring together customers, sales teams, technical experts, and OEM partners to win complex enterprise opportunities.If you have built trusted relationships with enterprise customers, field sales teams, and strategic technology partners, this role gives you the platform to lead a regional practice with influence, visibility, and meaningful growth potential.What you’ll be doingLead a regional solution sales practice in one of Computacenter’s most important growth markets.Align services capabilities with regional sales strategy, customer priorities, and growth objectives.Partner with Account Executives, sales leadership, professional services, and OEM partner teams to shape differentiated customer solutions.Build and maintain strong regional relationships with strategic OEM and vendor partners to create demand, strengthen market credibility, and expand services revenue.Support executive-level customer conversations by translating technical capabilities into clear business value, outcomes, and measurable impact.Guide the development and review of Statements of Work, proposals, solution recommendations, and pursuit strategies that are compelling, accurate, and commercially sound.Manage regional resource planning, project alignment, and delivery readiness so engagements are staffed, scoped, and executed effectively.Coach, develop, and lead assigned resources, creating a high-accountability team culture focused on customer success.Represent Computacenter with professionalism, urgency, and credibility in customer, partner, and internal leadership forums.What you have7 to 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution sales, services sales, field engineering, professional services, or a related technology leadership role.Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, services delivery, OEM partner ecosystems, and channel dynamics.Demonstrated ability to influence sales teams, technical teams, customers, and partner stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer outcomes, delivery feasibility, profitability, and long-term relationship growth.High energy, strong executive presence, and an entrepreneurial approach to building business in a competitive market.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; legally eligible to work in the United States.Leadership CharacteristicsTechnically credible and commercially sharpComfortable leading in front of executive stakeholdersStructured and disciplined in governanceStrategic thinker with tactical execution capabilityHigh sense of urgency and accountabilityCollaborative across Sales, Services, and OEM partnersStrong communicator with executive presenceWhat you can expectThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
