Job Summary We are looking for a skilled, licensed Nail Technician to join our team at Posh Paint Nails. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality nail care services, excellent customer experiences, and embracing our eco-friendly, ethical beauty ethos. Responsibilities Perform a variety of high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Provide detailed nail care treatments such as cuticle grooming and nail shaping. Experience in the application of gel polish is a must. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene standards. Promote and upsell additional services. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ preferences and creating a welcoming experience. Follow salon protocols and exhibit a professional, friendly demeanor during all client interactions. Assist with salon operations when needed, including monitoring cleanliness and product stocking. Qualifications Licensed Nail Technician in Colorado. Must have reliable weekday and weekend availability Proficiency in various nail techniques, including gel polish, and traditional manicure/pedicure services. Ability to perform nail art. Experience in the application of Dazzle Dry, Gel X and Luminary is a plus. Passion for using eco-friendly, non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free products. Ability to work collaboratively with the team and provide excellent customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the salon. An existing book of business is welcomed. Experienced (1+ year experience) and recent graduates welcome What We Offer: Competitive pay: Option to start with hourly + commission while getting established and moved to tiered commission structure in 30/60/90 days.
