What This Role Looks Like: You’ll begin as a Back-of-House Barista in Training, with the chance to move into an On-Bar Barista position after approximately 90 days. From your first day, regardless of your experience level, we want every team member to gain a solid understanding of our culture, workflow, and standards. We’re seeking humble, dedicated team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience is helpful, what matters most is a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our standards.
