Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Epicor Eclipse Application Administrator to serve as the primary technical and functional resource for our Epicor Eclipse ERP environment. This position is responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Eclipse and its associated applications, integrations, and business processes.The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Epicor Eclipse distribution software and related technologies, supporting users across sales, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, finance, customer service, and eCommerce. This individual will work closely with business leaders and end users to improve operational efficiency, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support strategic initiatives.This role will be a key contributor to the organization's continued growth by ensuring Eclipse remains stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEpicor Eclipse AdministrationServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Epicor Eclipse ERP platform.Manage system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, patches, and ongoing optimization.Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve Eclipse application issues, data issues, and user-reported problems.Coordinate with Epicor support and third-party vendors when necessary.Business Process Support Support core business functions including:Quote to CashOrder ManagementPurchasing and ProcurementInventory ManagementWarehouse OperationsFinance and AccountingCustomer ServiceVendor ManagementAnalyze business requirements and recommend process improvements within Eclipse.Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.Integrations & Related TechnologiesSupport Eclipse integrations with internal and third-party applications.Manage and troubleshoot interfaces involving:eCommerce platformsEDI transactionsBusiness intelligence and reporting systemsShipping and logistics platformsCustomer and vendor integrationsSupport middleware and automation solutions that exchange data with Eclipse.Assist with API integrations and future modernization initiatives.Reporting & Data ManagementDevelop and support Eclipse reports, inquiries, dashboards, and data extracts.Partner with the Data & Analytics team to support enterprise reporting initiatives.Assist users with reporting requirements and data analysis needs.Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the ERP environment.User Support & TrainingProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Eclipse users.Lead user training efforts and create support documentation.Assist departments with troubleshooting workflows and operational challenges.Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new functionality.Project & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in ERP enhancement projects and strategic business initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.Assist with business acquisitions, system integrations, and organizational growth initiatives.Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and ERP security efforts.QualificationsRequiredMinimum 5 years of hands-on Epicor Eclipse ERP administration and support experience.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.Strong understanding of wholesale distribution business processes.Experience supporting sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and accounting functions within Eclipse.Experience troubleshooting Eclipse application issues and business process workflows.Experience with Eclipse reporting, inquiries, and data extraction.Strong understanding of ERP data structures and relational databases.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and customer service abilities.PreferredExperience with Epicor Eclipse version upgrades and system migrations.Experience with Solar Eclipse and Eclipse distribution environments.Experience supporting Eclipse integrations with:EDI platformseCommerce solutionsBusiness Intelligence toolsShipping and logistics systemsExperience with SQL Server and database reporting.Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or enterprise analytics solutions.Experience supporting multi-location distribution organizations.Knowledge of cybersecurity and ERP access management best practices.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Vacation and HolidaysProfessional Development OpportunitiesHybrid and Remote Work FlexibilityWhy Join Us?This position offers the opportunity to become a critical member of a growing organization that relies heavily on Epicor Eclipse as its operational backbone.
