Quality Conformance Manager

Job DescriptionThe Quality Standards & Industrialization department is responsible for deploying key preventive quality standards and processes to ensure a right-first-time approach when implementing new products, industrial projects, and updates to existing manufacturing build processes.You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining preventive quality standard deployment activities.Key Responsibilities:Implement innovative solutions to improve business processes, enhance quality and customer satisfaction, and reduce costsManage quality projects to meet defined requirements and ensure customer satisfactionSupport projects by facilitating effective communication among all stakeholdersAct as a change agent to promote quality culture across the organizationIdentify, investigate, and assess risksLead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activitiesEnsure compliance of all documentation related to aircraft certificationDrive necessary changes or improvements across departments to ensure aircraft complianceDefine and implement plans (audits, projects, etc.)Work effectively under pressure and lead teams to meet strict deadlinesPromote continuous improvement through structured problem resolution processesIdentify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve organizational objectivesOptimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organizationMandatory Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Quality ManagementAeronautics/Aerospace industry backgroundKnowledge of PPV methodologyFamiliarity with standards and regulations such as AS9100, TCCA, FAA, and EASA"All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran."
