The House Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture.Qualifications:* BSN Degree required* Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient / acute care hospital experience (3+ year)* 2+ years Charge Nurse or leadership experience* Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc.* Active MA license* ACLS & BLS CertifiedInterested in hearing more?
