This role is responsible for driving commercial revenue, building long-term partnerships, and expanding BMS CAT’s presence across key verticals including property management, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, and corporate facilitiesWhat You’ll Do:Build commercial relationshipsDevelop trusted relationships with property managers, facility directors, asset managers, building owners, general managers, executives, and other key decision-makersDrive new business growthGenerate new commercial opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-upExpand market presenceRepresent BMS CAT at industry events, trade shows, association meetings, chamber events, and local networking opportunitiesManage and grow your pipelineUse Salesforce to track activity, manage prospects, maintain client communication, and build a strong pipeline of commercial opportunitiesPartner with operationsWork closely with operations, project management, estimating, and leadership teams to ensure clients receive strong communication, urgency, and service through every stage of the restoration processSupport clients through recoveryServe as a trusted resource before, during, and after a property loss by supporting emergency preparedness, client education, marketing events, lunch and learns, and ongoing relationship-buildingWhat We’re Looking For:Strong B2B sales, business development, or commercial account management experienceProven hunter mentality with success generating new business, opening doors, and building relationships from the ground upExperience selling services, solutions, or relationship-driven offerings with longer sales cycles preferredCommercial restoration, construction, facility services, property management, roofing, HVAC, janitorial, staffing, waste, uniform, logistics, or other service-based sales experience strongly preferredAbility to build relationships with C-suite leaders, property managers, facility teams, and decision-makers across multiple industriesComfortable attending networking events, making cold calls, visiting prospects in person, and maintaining consistent follow-upExperience using CRM systems, preferably SalesforceStrong communication, organization, urgency, professionalism, and follow-throughAbility to work independently while partnering closely with internal operations teamsPreferred ExperienceBOMA, IFMA, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or real estate association involvementExperience with RFPs, bid opportunities, national accounts, or large commercial portfoliosRelationships within property management, facility management, hospitality, healthcare, education, or commercial real estateKnowledge of restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, insurance claims, TPAs, or emergency response servicesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission opportunityCar allowanceFuel and business expense supportCompany-supported networking, association, and business development opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and additional benefit offeringsGrowth opportunity with a national restoration company that continues to expandWhy BMS CATAt BMS CAT, our work has purpose.
