About the Opportunity:The Revenue Analyst I role supports revenue cycle analysts and leadership by ensuring billing accuracy and compliance. This position helps maintain financial and legal integrity by monitoring revenue recognition and billing processes, conducting data analysis, and identifying improvements. The role contributes to the organization’s revenue cycle effectiveness and supports informed decision-making through reporting and communication.3. Responsibilities:• Support revenue analysts and leadership with revenue cycle tasks under limited supervision• Communicate and present billing and revenue information to various audiences• Ensure billing controls to uphold ethical standards and minimize financial and legal risks• Perform error correction, reconciliations, data entry, and prepare standard reports• Monitor revenue recognition and billing compliance using reporting tools• Apply basic coding, billing rules, and compliance guidelines• Assist with research, analysis, benchmarking, and audits for accuracy and best practices• Provide basic revenue and billing analytics to support leadership• Identify and communicate revenue and billing issues and opportunities to leaders4. Requirements:• Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance standards• Ability to perform data analysis and prepare reports• Strong communication skills for presenting information to diverse audiences• Experience working in a team environment with limited supervision• Attention to detail in error correction and reconciliation tasks5.
